South East Regional Folk Alliance (SERFA) is an annual conference that connects folk musicians and industry professionals, leads workshops, hosts affinity groups, and creates community in the southeastern USA region of the folk world. We are pleased to have four showcases during the conference!

The Pre-Folk Ramble at Brasher’s Lil’ Nashville, presented by Visit Owensboro. Owensboro, KY is the Bluegrass Music Capital. Featured Folk Songwriters: falllift, Elizabeth McCorvey, Lucy Isabel, Rock Leroe, Andy Branton, Ashtyn Barbaree, Tina Ross, Tom Troyer Each artist will perform for 15 minutes. This is the unofficial precursor event leading into a regional folk conference, in which all of these artists are attending.

Taylor Winchester will warm up the room at Petra's Bar on May 2nd. A Different Thread and falllift will be co-headlining the evening. Show at 8

Midnight Marathon is a fundraiser for the Arts and Science Council. This is not your typical showcase. Artists perform in 15-20 minute increments throughout the entire day (until midnight!) to raise funds for ASC.
